Transcriptome
Transcriptome broadly refers to the collection of all transcription products in a cell under a certain physiological condition. By gene expression, we mean the whole process of transforming the genetic information carried by genes into a recognizable phenotype.
All transcriptomic data of legumes were obtained from the SRA database by using a script covering a total of 15,723 RNA-seq messages for 53 plant tissues. For detailed information on the 53 plant tissues, you can click "Download" to download.
